2025/26 Thierno Barry

If we are to get rid of Barry, how much should we be willing to take for him? Personally I would be willing to accept upwards of £15m for him, even if that incurs a fairly substantial loss on the fee we paid for him. Another route we could take is to loan him out, try and find a suitor and recoup some of the fee we paid for him through loan fees before selling him permanently.
I think we should give him away for free if we can. If we get any sort of payment for him then we are blatantly ripping people off.

Personally I thought some of the talk about his attitude yesterday was over the top, I didn't necessarily think he was lacking in effort but he looked a million miles off it in terms of ability. I'm all for giving players a chance and accepting they need time to settle and develop etc, but that level of performances at this stage is just totally unacceptable, he was almost a hindrance he was that bad.

Agree. He looked genuinely miffed everytime he:

  1. lost the ball
  2. miscontrolled the ball
  3. messed up his run
  4. misplaced his pass
He kinda tries but is simply not good enough.

In fact, It almost felt like he was playing for them!

Shocking player. Unbelievably, not even fit to lace up Beto's boots. Who'd have thought that?!
