You cant qualify for the CL via the League below 5th.

If we dont finish 5th or higher we wont be in the CL.

There can be 11 teams from England in Europe, but now LFC are out, would require Arsenal to finish 8th, and win CL, Forest to win Europa, and Palace win the Conference and not qualify via the league.

I mean everyone wants to be in Europe, but the fact there is a possibility of 11 teams being in it is like urinating on the the Competition..

Champions league, yet you can qualify without winning
Whereas a club winning a Trophy goes in to a lesser competition

If we beat Liverpool & somehow sneak into 5th in their place what are the chances the rule book is tweaked to enable them to get into the Champions League & we get shafted again. Collina is still around isn’t he.

Mate, the BBC and Sky are quite clear. They say if Villa finish 5th and win the Europa, then the team in 6th qualifies for the Champions league.

I’m taking their word for it tbh.

Great result for us especially as Fulham didnt have a shot on target & Brentfords keeper made a super save in injury time + a KLP header hit Thiago, otherwise a certain goal for Brentford.
