That attendance tonight is going to make us look poor.

Everton should have left that for a club with a stadium commensurate to those numbers.

That is NOT a good look for us.

I have no idea what is or isn’t trolling any more but this is ridiculous. All that matters for Everton is that even not full we were selling a hell of a lot more pints and donuts than we otherwise would with the ground shut up on a Tuesday night during an international break.

And beyond that, how many pubs in town that would be quiet on a Tuesday get some much needed bonus takings off the tartan army, how many casual staff get an extra nights pay in their pockets?

There’s only positives for the club and the city from this kind of night.

That's just poor from Everton - grabbing at every penny and making it look terrible.

The Scots were a washout too. Last friendly game on this island and they're at the World Cup and they muster about 29,000.

Half full stadiums are a loss of credibility.

Just leave those games for Coventry City or some Championship team that make them look like packed events and a spectacle.
