New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

Have to say it hit home going to the Chinese supermarket today.
Turning in to Bounadary street the magnificent ground stood tall from a mile away....but jeez it's grey and the HD wording is finally bugging me, although i've said nowt up to now. Not a badge or a bit of blue in site....even from 150 metres the token crests are hidden.

Driving home past Stanley park..boom.
Yep Goodison looked tiny but the royal blue gable ends on stands and the massive white G O O D I S O N shouts home.
Not even any signs on tall posts on boundary street saying the home of Everton.
Dave K gets stick but he's right with this one.
Why have we not even done the Everton stuff on the seats yet?
Can't just be down to upsetting the sponsors surely? Quite strange the lack of identification this ground has.
I thought the same on my first visit in August but truly thought it'd be sorted now.

It's an Everton/International football/rugby stadium.

They told us that it'd be a fortress....then they opened it and told us that it's a 'facility for the whole of the city'.

Nice seeing the HT crowd scenes: the fans lapping it up.

Must be nice for people from places like Ivory Coast and Scotland to be in that stadium which gives them a little glimpse of the future and to dream what could be for them in time.
