We had loads of corners and they weren’t working. Try something different.

Went for Garner but thought that Barry and Armstrong both had decent games. Gana and Ndiaye getting back to their normal levels after AFCON. Dewsbury-Hall won the ball back plenty but gave it away equally freely.

Interesting that the United players got fouls whenever they collapsed to the floor but both Maguire and Yoro were actually practising pushes in the back in the warm-up.

Feels like one of those games where the team who’s four forwards cost more than our entire squad managed to have more quality than us even though we’ve clearly dominated the play second half

The corners were a complete farce. They all do it now- grabbing, pushing. No way is a goal going to stand, not that we got anywhere near being on the end of one anyway.

Typical Everton. Tarkowski chasing Sesko for the goal was like me chasing Usain Bolt, he was running through porridge. We were the better team for long periods but offer nothing up front. Why didn't they try something different at corners. It's another heroic defeat against one of the so called big teams and that's how it will always be with Moyes in charge.

Daft team selection from Moyes. Branthwaite and Garner at full backs is just sabotage. They’re clearly uncomfortable there and immediately give the upper hand to the opposition

No Matty . They scored because the dinosaur didn't play the only CB we have with pace at CB.
