ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

The BBC have a serious problem.

Although both United and Arsenal have been more successful in terms of winning league titles in the PL era.
yes, but they are always thereabouts and very easy to support arent they, a bad year will be finishing 6th and winning the fa cup or something, they are never challenged as a fanbase, thats why these tourist fans choose them

This is the same kind of BBC reporting that would have willingly wheeled out the likes of Kelleher declaring that the RS - had they been 12 points clear at this stage - were 'doing it for Diogo Jota'.

They always unashamedly have a narrative to benefit the cult or, alternatively, make excuses for them.

The BBC are the RS's personal public relations team...and we're contributing to it though our TV licences. So much for impartiality.

Unfortunately since they got promoted in 1962 they've never finished below eighth place and have never gone more than seven years without a trophy.

Thankfully i doubt they'll ever replicate that dynasty success they enjoyed in the 70's and 80's ever again, but yes they always seem to be there or thereabouts most of the time.
