Patterson seems to play better when McNeil is ahead of him (including at Leeds a few seasons ago, when they were both terrific).

Ndiaye works very hard defensively and has more pace,I think either is fine

I think Mcneil was playing almost like a left wing back that Leeds away game and Iwobi was the player more ahead of Patterson.

Patterson had a great chance to win it right at the end if memory serves me right.

We also played negatively, with a slightly unlucky pen caused by Charly slipping over in front of the back 4 when in possession. Jack ran into blind alleys a few times.

We've been better in games since, and at times waaaay better. These will be set up to draw and counter.

Whether or not we break them down early or late Moyes needs to keep the foot down and force mistakes. They're down there for a reason.

I'd be surprised if Rohl is dropped after the effort he put in against Villa. I think your team is spot on but Gueye might find himself on the bench and Armstrong kept in.

They’ll come for a point mate and sit back and ask us to break them down. Also try and counter and be ptyiscial in between.

iirc...which nowadays is a good tricking in and of its self...early in his 1st incarnation Moyes had a spell on not winning 2 games on the run...which I hope he's now grown out of.
