Sorry if I’m being a bit thick, but how does this work if I need to pass on a ticket? Do I add the member to my friends and family group and transfer the ticket that way? What about payment? Are people just passing on their bank details?

I’m struggling to make the midweek night games and would rather the seat was not empty, so I’m happy to pass on my over-65 ticket at a low price.

You take the person's membership number and surname and add them to your network, then you can transfer your ticket to them

For payment, you either give them your sort code, account number and surname so they can do a bank transfer or PayPal details and they'll pay you that way.
