New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

Would extending the current "gate" on both sides help? That might be the easiest solution if boring a new gate is not legally possible.

Anything extra would help. It’s ridiculous.

I don’t know the details of the legalities, I just believe they can’t touch the wall due to “Heritage status”.

Something needs to be done about the dock walls. I’m all for preserving heritage where it’s warranted, but it’s a wall FFS & there’s enough of it that a couple of 30ft gaps or gates in it won’t harm it’s appeal.

If there was ever a bomb scare or other emergency, there will be people crushed. It’s a genuine safety hazard.
Surely they would just let people out via the car park / Nelson Dock in an emergency?

Won’t be for a while like but once Nelson’s Dock and Salisbury Dock are redeveloped these issues will be mitigated somewhat I would assume.

South stand- why not safe standing all the way to the back? It is split by the dividing wall and it is effectively a two tier stand. It is not like we thought it would be.
if you've ever walked up them steps to the back of the south upper, you'd need to sit down for a bit too. It'd get Edmund Hilary reaching for his Kendal Mint Cake

chronic mismanagement. We knew there were problems when they ran out of bottles of water on a warm day. Someone needs to let the H&S exec know.

It's not as though there is a costco anywhere near is it.

It's like being in a Marx brothers sketch, the same one, over and over. It's funny at first, then it's not and it keeps happening.

I think all venues should have water fountains / machines for free. Its a joke you have to pay an inflated price for a bottle of water.

Ha ha , I like to have a pint and moan about Everton for a period until alcohol softens the mood and on occasion impromptu Everton signing starts .

I’m not keen on some one singing “are we human are we scouser “ after we’ve gone out in the 3rd round .

You noticed that when people get a pint in those places they look miserable not being able to speak to who they're with and leave abruptly after.

I was in there for the Arsenal game. It's full of arl fellas who tell you to sit down for a corner. Most of them wouldn't be capable of standing for more than 10 minutes tbf. Similar vibe to the Top Balcony.

Fair play mate

Interested to know why you think it's better than Spurs though when everyone creams over their ground?
Walking along the docks and view compared to walking though a Sainsbury’s carpark to get to the away end in spurs is one. No pubs you can realistically get in at spurs outside but yesterday was a few no worries. Inside it just felt better, don’t get me wrong the home end behind spurs goal is massive and it’s one tier like dortmunds so that was superb but as a whole the outside / concourse experience and looking like a proper football ground is way more appealing.
