Right back first...then if there is an opportunity then perhaps we can look at left back...maybe its an opportunity to see today how far aznou is really to be first team material. Nothing to lose here...unfortunately with moyes, I do not see any bold substitutions until 60plus minutes.

I somewhat agree but starting XI was largely fine (sure you should start Alcaraz who came on in the 15th anyway) and we’ve probably been the better side. I think most days that’s 1-0 at worst going into half time. 2-0 just unlucky

I would never have brought Geuye back. No need to change a winning team or move KDH out of his most effective position. Regardless of KDH - who we lost anyway - Gueye has been culpable in both goals.

Was hopeful but not confident coming into this game. Is what it is, if you dont take your chances at these teams you wont get anything.

It's not really luck, though - injury aside. We lack conviction in front of goal and defend poorly. We pick the wrong team to start with. I'd say you can expect to lose when you dig your own grave like we have.

Chelsea have only won 3 of 7 at home this season, yet we have been so easy to score against. They have been clinical and incisive to be fair and deserve to be 2 nil up on that basis. But its more crap at Stamford Bridge for us.

Yup, it's why Europe is a pipe dream. We'll likely go on a little slide now. Where we are by the end of January will be indicative of what we can expect by May.

Yeah but we haven’t won there since 1994 apparently while poorer teams have. For me it’s our mentality we just seem to be resigned to a loss before a ball is even kicked.

They can be inconsistent as a young team mate.

But they got two kicks of the ball in the box - back of the net.

If we do the same our end we’re. 4-0 up.

The difference is that quality.

We’re matching them in many areas., but they have better quality in their attacking unit.

If we want CL that’s what we need to target. Thats the difference.
