New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

Sandhills (Soccer Bus), Kirkdale, and Bank Hall. Before or after the match, you'd have people jump on the soccer bus, or walk to Kirkdale or Bank Hall.

I know, because I did all three over numerous years. For people walking to the ground heading to Southport, Bank Hall was the best route to take.

If you were walking and heading to town, Kirkby or Ormskirk it was Kirkdale. The soccer bus offered all three without the need of walking.

Now, it's either Sandhills or the walk to Moorfields.
Ah. Those 3 stations. ;)

I'm in a similar position, had my own health issues the last 12 months, lost my dad in May,moved back in to look after and care for my 84 year old mum who is getting extremely frail and dependent on me,I've got my season tickets but I've only been myself three times this season,it's a lovely stadium but the transport issues don't help things in my situation having to leave earlier to find parking although fortunately I have a blue badge, and then trying to get away at the end,and when I'm there I'm worried about my mum in the house on her own😒at this moment in time it's more of an added hassle in life where it always used to be a pleasure even when we've been blooming awful, will be a hell of a wrench for me but I think I may have to give it up after 54 years of match going😔
Totally agree with this, I’ve only been to one game so far and was going to buy a rattle for my baby girl…£15 they wanted for it!! Suffice to say, I put it straight back😂

Well done mate. You're more of a hero than those fraud professional footy players.

Look after your own family.

And yet people get all precious when you argue goodison was far easier to get to and from🙄

Surely it's subjective depending where you come from and how you get to the stadium. For me getting to BM is slightly a bit more time consuming, leaving is easier and quicker. I actually walk less too. I do appreciate that isn't the case for the majority though.

Wow, what a picture at the top of that article.

Absolutely stunning.

On the banks of the Royal Blue Mersey.

Anyone moaning about our stadium really needs to take a long hard look at most of the others in the Prem, particularly Whams which is truly horrendous for football.

I think the stadium itself is great but there's always teething issues and an adjustment period. There's infrastructure and logistical problems around it.

West Ham's stadium is terrible but Stratford has top drawer transport links. Or you can just walk to the next tube stop to avoid the crowds.
