Klopp had a well oiled machine steamrollering teams before the weight of his ego & teeth got too much to bare and through sheer exhaustion he left. Slot came in and has applied his methods. They took a few months to come to the fore by which time Liverpool had more or less wrapped up the title. Jota was still playing when the downturn started. They claimed they were too busy celebrating the title to care about the remaining matches. Ironically this is probably when they should have packed Jota off for his required surgery so he wouldn't be driving back from Portugal after not being allowed to fly.
The more Slots tactics take a grip, the worse they become. And long may it continue.

Jotas death is such a waste of an obviously very talented professional footballer, but don't let them say his death is the reason they've suddenly become gash. Someone else summed it up perfectly earlier with an amazing analogy. They were a house of cards in the wind long before the summer break.
