2025/26 David Moyes

So you do have an agenda and absolutely nothing Moyes does will change it.

It makes it that much harder that he insulted the club, the fanbase and our greatest ever player and manager, yes.

But let's have it right: he's a dinosaur and nowhere near what we need in the dugout.

Laughing at people who believe that circus tonight is proof of his stature as a manager when it was a freak show.

Dont sell the club short.

That was nothing to do with Moyes tonight. It was a backs to the wall job where the players were shocked by that sending off to do something to rally round a cause.

We were lucky (understandably) to get out of that with a win.

I'll take the win but I wont hand praise to a manager who hasn't earned it.

They were strange circumstances and everyone knows it.

You are a seriously weird bloke. Get help.

Usually it's standard to credit a manager for the result their team achieves.

This doesn't come across as a MASSIVE ANTI-MOYES AGENDA at all.

I'm not his biggest fan, and what you say about his usual record to these teams is true, which is why he gets full credit for helping that team come away with 3 points while being down a man for 80 minutes at Old Trafford.

To not give him any credit at all is very telling. One can only conclude there actually isn't ANYTHING he could do you would give him credit for if an 80 minute 10 man victory at Old Trafford doesn't earn it.
I would think if you’ve generally not been happy about what Moyes is doing with the club then it’s going to take way more than a fluke result like today’s to move your opinion. I’m more than willing to have Moyes sway me. That’s going to come from generally better performances and not the occasional backs to the wall result. Today doesn’t mean anything as far as my evaluation of the manager goes.

Dyche was sacked. The team was facing a relegation battle and it looked like that he had no answers. That is failure.
It is but I think even someone with his inflated ego was a spent force. Hes not a likeable guy but he kept us up for 2 seasons under very bad circumstances. He had to go I’ll call a spade a spade but he did ok for most of his tenure. About aswell as we could have expected under the circumstances.
