2025/26 Tyler Dibling

Having spent so much money on him, and put so much effort into bringing him here from Southampton, I could see this turning into a Moise Kean scenario where we get our hands on a good young player, don`t play them, let them go a not long later they start doing the business elsewhere. Meanwhile we will get Dwight McNeill on another 3 year deal.
Kean left us 4 years ago and has had 1 good season since. He's got as many goals as Beto so far this season and his team is bottom of the league. His career hasn't exactly been a roaring success so far, despite the desperate revisionism of some.

Dibling was a regular in the u21 team, with the amount of talent in that squad Carsley obviously rates him highly, but Moyes reluctance to give him any real gametime has now cost him his England spot with the likes of Thierry Small coming on ahead of him.

Yes, he has Illy in front of him, but this lads growth and confidence is gradually getting stunted with us, and we're now not far away from needing him at his best.

Sort it out Moyes.

….sounds so simple but it’s much less straightforward if you’re the manager trying to win points, especially when games at this level tend to be very close.

Twenty minutes is not asking the Earth Eggs, after all Ndiaye seems to run out of steam in the last twenty. How else is he going to improve and live up to the price we paid for him, it's not as if he's a novice he has played a lot of games previous in the premier league.

We`ll be seeing a lot more of him when Illy goes off to the AFCON.

Patience Grasshopper.

….i remember torrents of similar posts about Patterson, some even mentioning an agenda against him until realisation dawned. I’m hoping this fella is different gravy.

None of us know what the lads situation is, game time might actually be the last thing he needs. I’d just trust the club to be handling him that’s best for us and the player. He’s looked poor in his game time so far, very disappointing in that first half against Palace.

He’ll get more opportunities when they feel he’s ready and it’ll be down to him to earn more game time.
