A snippet of a post I made in the Armstrong thread;
Currently In the squad I'd say that; Pickford, Branthwaite, O'Brien, Garner, Ndiaye, Alcaraz, Dibling and Grealish(?) are the only 8 players that I would deem the closest to 'unsellable'.
If we're looking at a squad of 23 players then clearly we still need to look at the likes of Travers, Tyrer, Tarkowski, Keane, Mykolenko, Aznou, Patterson, Coleman, Gana, Iroegbunam, Rohl, KDH, McNeil, Beto & Barry to see if any of those can join the 8 above in the next season or two.

Just on this, clearly we all want the club to sign a centre forward and a right back. This is obvious.
What the club should also be looking at are those 15 players I've listed above. What do we need to do to improve on them?
Of those 15 players, who can be sold in the January window, a window where clubs can pay 'over the odds'.
Mykolenko - If Aznou isnt looking like an option for next season then we may look to cash in on Mykolenko.
Patterson - Can a few pennies be generated to cover his PSR.
Gana - We have an option to extend in the summer. Is it time to bring in some pennies from France or Saudi?
Iroegbunam - He looks like he may be a sub-option to come on and tackle. Will someone offer e.g £15mil for him that we can put towards a superior player.
McNeil - Looks out of favour and could generate £20mil from a lower table side looking for a boost.
Beto - Are clubs in Italy still interested around the £20mil value.
Barry - Unlikely but might Moyes have Kroldrup vibes
7 players there (remove the 3rd choice keeper) 50% of the squad players that may be seen as not 'unsellable'.
The sales in January are just as important as signings. Funds need to be generated to reinvest and for PSR to allow us to spend big again.
