Tonights dinner consisted of KFC’s archetypal fried chicken. Each piece a baroque construction of crisp, seasoned lacquer encasing improbably succulent meat. The fries, golden and unapologetically plebeian, served as a starchy counterpoint, absorbing both heat and hubris. Altogether, a meal that whispered of excess while wearing the mask of convenience.


After two nights of fast food, tomorrow promises a tumultuous awakening - an unholy symphony of churning depths and pungent eruptions, marked by the sharp splash upon porcelain and a stubborn, pervasive scent that lingers long after the storm has passed.
