No need to frame it mate, we all lived through what he walked into, the deductions and all in between, it was only two years ago.

Everyone’s aware of the basket case.
Frame it as what? Dyche left us a point above the drop, then Moyes came in and was a breath of fresh air. He took us as far as he could. Stating facts isn’t “framing” anything. You know what is framing though? Bringing up deductions that had zero impact on his absolute failure of a final season.

A point above and still in the prem, rightly sacked at the time but some odd hyperbole being thrown about in here

Its been boringly done to death at this stage mate, there just isn't new ground to break to be honest, you can say 1 point above relegation, someone else can say he was about five odd points or the like of being safe for the season etc - its boring.

He ran out of road for sure, he had no authority in the end given his contract situation, TFG were courting new managers for the summer and he lost all credibility and authority because of it all. His position was untenable. It was right that everyone move on.

I find it a bit sad, people cant wish him luck, the first season and a half was a real contribution and service to the club in what was probably its darkest time in our history existentially . Points deductions, zero budget, selling best players etc.

Find the resentment kind of like - if your house was on fire and a fire fighter turns up, puts it out -saving your house, then you get annoyed with them because your furniture got wet.

Personally will always be grateful to him. ;)

We wont break new ground on Dyche overall - but its far from simplistically about 1 point above the relegation zone.

We've moved on, he's moved on, - wish him the very best of luck.

Very interested to see how he gets on with a squad that is much better than the one he left us with.

With the attacking players he has will he go full on defensive and play on the counter set pieces or will he try and play football.

My instinct is with there defence it will be the former which Forest fans will have to endure torrid football but they won’t get relegated

15-16th place
