Says kev who thinks villa Tim is a superstar in waiting. You’re going back 20yrs he also paid 9mil for the only Russian scared of his own shadow and was another slow player, I’m sure he could have got pace for 9mil at the point . Bellamy was 6mil but Moyes pissed him off so he went to Blackburn,

Exactly, if we had Yakubu or Lukaku or even Saha we would be nailed on top 8 and possibly top 6. Pickford, Branthwaite, Grealish and NDiaye would get in most Everton teams in history. I’m enjoying watching some genuine ballers again despite our limitations. We need to be patient. The core of a good side is there. Also like the look or Rohl and Dibbling has something about him.

They’ll have set age profiles for major transfer fees but the rest is down to Moyes. In short they won’t let him pay £20m plus for a 30/31 midfielder but will for a 25/26 year old or for that matter pay £40 million for a young player like Dibling. They’re still giving Moyes overall say in identifying players to sign.

Tim has massive potential. All managers make bad buys. Do you want to see Ferguson’s, or Klopp’s or Guardiola roll of shame? Bellamy is a massive bellend. Not actually sure I would want him at the club despite his talent.
