Moyes said plenty of times how hard it was to bring top players in without being in Europe, but how do you get into Europe without a good project, taking some risks and a bit of patience..

It's not as easy as some people seem to think..

Indeed. In this day and age, those three spots alone are costing you £100m+ for ready made Europe-caliber players.
