Think him and alcarez are great options off the bench if we are losing or looking to turn a draw into a win.

Perhaps if we are winning can look at bringing rohl on as he might be more disciplined. Just great to have options

Massive part of us turning the game around on Sunday, need to see that level consistently when he gets his chance, especially coming off the bench. Did really well when he came on.

If we get a few more games like that from him he will be knocking on the door for the first team.

It is great to have a bench. Comparing this season and last season is day and night

Yep. First few games of this season I was really disappointed, his quality on the ball just felt absolutely miles off. Maybe he was playing with a niggle or something but it suddenly looks much tidier.

Think it's the mental exhaustion that does him, he has the physique for the job and seems to have the stamina, as games draw out he becomes more erratic in his decision making. Needs a guide in midfield to look after him, when he starts stitching bad decisions together he inevitably gets himself booked.
