Think it's the mental exhaustion that does him, he has the physique for the job and seems to have the stamina, as games draw out he becomes more erratic in his decision making. Needs a guide in midfield to look after him, when he starts stitching bad decisions together he inevitably gets himself booked.
I dont think hels creative for MF.

He can be a very good CB though. That's what I see.

I see him as a leggy battering ram that will win a header or two, he's an absolute giant compared with the rest of the MF. He offers us that change up and his presence especially against tiring sides in the final 30 minutes can be a nightmare for sides being harried or on bookings.

He'll get time to settle into the non starting role he has here. Nice to have options. Emergency CB? Maybe, we've got JB and J O'B hopefully longer term.

Rohl will occupy that space.

No, for me he is clearly going to have to move into the heart of defence at some point.

Held be a very good CB IMO.
