2025/26 Jack Grealish

Not sure why people are talking about Henderson as they don't occupy the same position. It's Eze/Rashford/Gordon he's competing with in the squad that has been announced. I think Rashford has started quite well for Barca and Eze is great. Grealish deserves to be in but I get why he hasn't been picked either, as it would likely be his last tournament. I think he should be in based on his form but it's up to Jack to maintain it and become someone who isn't able to be ignored. He is just unfortunate to play in a really stacked position.
 

As an Irishman, I have little enough reason not to cheer against England at next year's World Cup as it stands. Only a game, banter, and all that jazz. The presence of Pickford gives me pangs of guilt and tears at my loyalties. The likely absence of both Branthwaite and now Grealish makes it that little bit easier...

If he leaves Grealish out, it'll be Englishmen cheering against them, let alone the likes of me...

The problem is we’ve suddenly become too reliant. When teams double up on him we should use the space elsewhere, or Grealish himself should be releasing the ball sooner.

Agreed but largely the same squad have gone from Dyche-ball to being expected to be progressive in a short space of time. I think it'll click eventually but might take a while
