Anywho thinks they’re the same has no clue about football

I think we all know why some people think they are so similar...

If he was "hounded out" that's on him...I highly doubt that though.
These striker threads are crazy though. Would be nice if one of these guys scores a goal this weekend.
It does make me laugh that we've two strikers who between them have 1 goal in 6 and we're not allowed to discuss it on an Everton forum without this you're criticising them crap. You're right they are a bit mental. Though i'm not sure anything will top the Calvert lewin thread. That was pure one flew over the cuckoos nest crazy.
Im actualy a bit stumped on who to go with. We cant keep just swapping them over hoping one might do it in 45 minutes spells. One needs an extended run. At a push i'd say Barry.
I think people are more defensive when it comes to Barry because he's barely been given a chance. He's a 22 year old man in his first PL season with only 163 minutes of football in the league under his belt thus far and some (not all) are making sweeping opinions that he's not good enough. It's ridiculous to be that adamant so early, especially considering he's not even had a solid run of football yet. It's the third season Beto has been at the club now, people roughly know now what they're going to get from him.It does make me laugh that we've two strikers who between them have 1 goal in 6 and we're not allowed to discuss it on an Everton forum without this you're criticising them crap. The vast majority are in agreement that we have a clear issue up front.
But I can also appreciate those that are simply a bit bored and annoyed at the constant negativity of certain people - not you by the way - I think it just gets peoples backs up.
Saying we have problems and wondering what we can do about it is fine. Writing a young striker off after 150 minutes or whatever it is is just silly
I see him as a player that's very isolated rather than disinterested.I would just like him to show a little bit more.
Most matches he looks disinterested.
Fair point!I see him as a player that's very isolated rather than disinterested.
He needs a bit of help from the players, Moyes and the fans. We need to get behind him and Moyes needs to play him with our better players rather than our B side.
It's one thing to criticize them for lack of output it's another for people to just call them crap and claim a 22 year old who just came from another league is a failure and is career is over which people have insinuated on here. Feels like the slowly approach to try and protect him is doing the opposite really. Up to Moyes man management to figure out best approach now but I agree I'd also just give him a run of ~10 starts to find his feet and get going.I believe he needs to be given a run of games to help establish himself.
I know the manager is trying to protect him and introduce him slowly but needs must.

Didn’t you used to give people the finger if they mentioned resigning jack harrison ?It's one thing to criticize them for lack of output it's another for people to just call them crap and claim a 22 year old who just came from another league is a failure and is career is over which people have insinuated on here. He's a young man. Not everyone has the same maturity or confidence. If he gives us a reason not to get behind him then fair enough but he hasn't.He needs a run of games. And he needs to grab it if he does. 22 isnt 18 or 19. And we payed 27m. Its not a massive amount but its not peanuts either.
He cant be fairly judged until he gets a fair crack. But im not gona mollycoddle either. We've laid out for this lad and i'll back any forward at Everton who shows he wants it enough.
