2025/26 David Moyes

The way he sneered at that woman reporter today - attempting to humiliate her.

FFS, just show some decency you 'kin plank.

don’t know why he needed to do that when the stats speak for themselves and he’s even admitted himself he needs more from Barry and Beto.

I just don’t get Everton managers in general. Some journo will ask a million questions about Liverpool in the run up to a derby and Everton manager after Everton manager sit there lapping it all up telling us how poor we are and how great they are. Then a journo asks them a pretty basic selection, performance, or injury return question and they absolutely lose their heads over it and start snapping back in the presser like it’s the worst question imaginable.

We’ve scored one goal in the last 3 games from a defensive midfielder whilst we lost the derby and went out the cup, it’s not outrageous to expect a question about the strikers who have one league goal between them.

IMO he believes he must control the playing side at Everton in a way he never has elsewhere at other clubs - that he has a right to the controls here, and all others have no say on players.

There's no question in my mind that his view of Everton is that he's doing us a favour and that he represents a colossus in the club's history and should not be questioned. But he's a no mark in reality. A man who wont leave a trophy in the cabinet ever, and shouldn't even be spoken about in the same breath as our true legends.

Anyone who reveres this feller need to have a good look at themselves.

I'm counting the days until this divvy is punted.
He certainly showed his arrogance today.

Dont understand what is bad about him only wanting players he wants ofc must well whatver the dof setup we have now agree on players. But if i was a manager i would also want players that i want. Also this legend talk find it unfair, alot of fans of the club now have not been as lucky as other fans who have had great teams players in the past. People can think what they want anout players mangers ect is what football should be like be boring if all agree, should not have to be called out for it. Is fair that you want him gone, you might be right. For me this season not a free pass like the cups i want seriously taken and want a upper mid table finish 6-10th really. Then next season i am sure the club will be looking for him to get europe or questions will be asked or get really close to it. To maybe get a new deal, certainly this time at the club wont be an easy ride. I still have faith for now is the right man for the job

Her question was reasonable: "the front two haven't hit the ground running so far, why is that?"...and he stops her in her tracks and with a snide "Dont you think so?"...when only Stevie Wonder would say they had hit the ground running.

He tried to intimidate her, and to her credit she threw the stats at him and just about stood her ground.

The follow up question she should have asked was: "why do you keep faith with Barry but not play Aznou? Is it because you wanted one and not the other?". That'd have had his head spinning off.

I don't think Moyes is ok for us at all. Nil Satis Nisi Ok? Nah, not for me. I understand why he is currently at the club - to stabilise things. But beyond that, Stability's David Moyes isn't driving us on to greater things.

Roll on the summer and a proper progressive vision for this club.
Settle in for 3 more years of KITAN1

This football club had had more revisions than a 'kin iPhone.

He defo has an over inflated opinion of his standing at this club
He thinks he towers over it.

Laughable. An utter no mark.

The way he luxuriated in that flunky O'Connor's fawning reminder that he'd won a 'major' trophy was hideous. I felt like spewing up.

'Major' trophy. FFS!

And we all - apparently - have 'the feel good factor'.

I wouldn't advise him to look at any Everton forum right now.

I've always said Moyes is a better version of Dyche, he's more attacking and can get us wins at places like Palace, Newcastle, Fulham and Forest. However he's largely useless in big games. Moyes had a pretty poor history with regards to strikers. He's not perfect, he isn't awful either.
