Christ you have a tedious life. I picked that time peroid because off the top of my head that was when Villa were our competitors.

Go look yourself for how many points they got and be content with our trophy drought.

😂😂😂😂We've had one FA cup in 40 years but yeah it's all on Moyes. Absolute weapon you mate. What was our away record at the big 4 pre and post Moyes? Think we have had one win away at Arsenal in 95/96, one win at Stamford Bridge in 94/95, 2 wins at Anfield in 99 and the COVID year and one win at OT when Moyes managed them. But yeah, it's all on Moyes. If you're uncomfortable with people challenging your opinions maybe best not to post them.

That’s that then. Haven’t won an FA Cup for 30 years, and our record away at the Top 4 is crap so don’t expect anything from any manager going forward. And certainly don’t question someone who had 11 years to rectify that.

Bore off mate. The success of football teams is almost entirely determined by spend. You're going to be in for a lifetime of disappointment if you expect that to change. There's absolutely no need to be so insulting to strangers on the internet. You lack class and maturity.
 

I don’t get why people are that bothered. The League Cup is an anachronism in the modern game. It’s the FA Cup that matters.

I get people travelled to the game, but nobody held a gun to their head.

I’d rather finish higher up the table and qualify for Europe than get distracted by the League Cup and suffer the inevitable semi final loss to a Man City or Arsenal anyway.

They should make the League Cup a match for the reserve sides or something if they want to keep it. There’s just too much football already with European completions, internationals, etc.

What a glass half empty view. I’m not saying compete for honours every year, I’m saying do far more in cup competitions than Moyes did.

Bold to throw out “You lack class and maturity” when you just said “absolute weapon you mate”.

Exactly. Not a chance we win city, Liverpool etc in cup games under Moyes so I’m not too stressed, a bit inevitable with the league cup.
