Are they a season ticket holder or a ‘member’? I don’t think a season ticket holder can receive another ticket, you need to be a member of FB or FB+. I don’t agree with it but unfortunately I think that’s how the club have set it up.

It's a rip off to put it mildly. Making fans turn on their own club. As we need this after the terrible times we've been put through

Same as you - BUT I don't have confirmation that he's a FB / FB+ member. So that might be the reason. Any which way it's a scam

I have looking at the queers about season tickets and swapping games and havent got a clue what it means.If my son bought me one i would't know what to do with it , i have only got a Android phone so iwould be goosed .There was a survey done about 10 years ago the average age of match goes was about 50 years old so we are all in are sixtys and seventes ,were have all these new fans come from.

Having an Android phone isn’t a problem if you can get Google wallet on it, everything else can be sorted it just takes time, (and money for a membership) primarily on the EFC website. (I’m 65 btw).

So.. I've tried to GIVE my Club View ticket tomorrow to the young fellow who has the seat beside me. As I don't want my seat to remain empty.
Even this is not possible, because he's not eligible. I am about to give up. So angry...

if he has a season ticket too he can’t accept another ticket officially

if you use facebook there is a page called Everton Fans Home and Away. you will sell your ticket in 2 mins if you post in there

that facebook page is your best bet for getting your money back. it is a trusted page i have bought and sold on there many times with no hassle
