If you know you’re not good enough for a first team spot in either a PL or championship team what do you do
Go to league 1 or 2 for 2 or 3 k a week with crap facilities or go as 3rd choice to a PL team for 15-20 k a week , great facilities and good working conditions
Granted you’re only a coach or training partner but it’s nice work if you can get it

That’s fair. Also gives you the exposure to get into coaching/management at a higher level.
