The gap for me at the moment is legs in the engine room. We’ve never replaced Onana. Doucoure going also leaves the same problem. A midfield three that contains two of Gana and Alcaraz needs a third player that can shift or we’re always likely to be over powered and out paced by the top sides in the league.

I'm not being funny, but I'd take 'Hendo' for us.

I bet he'd bite our hands off too.

I'd take him over McGinn anyway.

….very underrated is Henderson but I think he’d be another in the ‘dressing room influence’ stage of his career and we already have enough filling that role.

Despite the rage, he was a terrific player a few years ago, I always remember him running circles around Ross Barkley in a Goodison derby and fully understand why he was seen as important at club and international level. Very good footballer.

Not for us, though at this stage.

Strongly agree. I think if we look at our own 05/06 season and how that went after we went hard in 04/05 with all the 1 nils etc, There are strong similarities in how we both think it may play out at Forest from these examples The owner is eccentric in the extreme absolutely.. True too teams have found them out. Even with our cobbled together side last season they didn't really cause us many problems after easily beating us at Gooduson the previous season.
We were only talking about last night mate.
