New net on my pond - so no frogs this year seen a massive Bull toad in the garden the other day though but well away from the pond - good for the garden eating slugs etc ....

I know it’s cliche, but if COVID convinced me of anything, it’s that there are a lot of horrendously stupid and selfish people out there.
What ever extinction level event heads our way, it will be made 10 times worse by the sheer amount of idiotic contrarians trying spread their ‘alternative’ viewpoint around, contrary to what ever advice experts will be giving in an attempt to save lives.
If another pandemic hits, this time with a much higher mortality rate, I think we might be done. We all know what will happen.
