I agree, was just being cheekyIt's a tactical/analytical role and that's the sort of person we want tbh, someone who stands up and takes control of each situation and has a pre-rehearsed routine they can direct to the players. Just because you may have swung a few free kicks in the top corner as a player doesn't make you a good set piece coach, there is a bit more too it than that.
In reality, a set piece coach that does have the arrogance to stand up and direct a set piece means they have put the work in and are confident in their position
I haven't seen Charlie Adam since he came in, and I haven't seen a change to set pieces either
