Summer Transfer Window 2025 Thread

I don’t think it would be obscene to be honest, I think you’d get a loan with an option.

I wouldn’t be concerned about his talent I’ve seen him loads at underage and senior, be more his injuries and immaturity.

Let’s be honest he was the seasons before last Liam Delap and he’s two years younger.
Delap has got double figures in a crap relegation team though, he has proven he can get those goals. (Even though he tailed off massively).

Ferguson has 6 in his previous 2 seasons where he has had 2 little purple patches in both (3 in his first 5 and then 4 in first 4 with a hatrick).

In January it was being reported they wanted around £40m. As I say, he is more of a development project than coming in as a first choice. And we shouldn’t be spending north of £20m on a development project when we need a first choice.

There is talent, I agree but not to the level of hype he has been given. And we need ready and firing.

Delap hadn’t done any of that two years ago at 20 mate- the age Ferguson is now, Ferguson did whatever he did in the PL as a teenager.

You can report anything really, paper won’t refuse ink, you have to analyse facts, he was loaned out to WHU, the loan didn’t go great. So that creates a dilemma for Brighton. Think they’d loan him out with an obligation - maybe something like we did with Broja this year,

Development Project - I thought the whole idea was to sign young players under 24 and develop them.

Was shocking at west ham lots of rumours of not living a great lifestyle off the pitch and attitude , would probably depend on a low fee
The rumours of him not living the life are 100% true, but got a few friends who play in the game and some of the stories I have heard from them are insane. Players you would never expect, my friend was in vegas with some WBA last season and the stuff they got up to was insane.

Sounds like my mad weekend in Blackpool with Margot Robbie, Katy Price and Ronaldinho - couldn’t believe how much Ronny wanted to move to Rhyl

Is Revelations 14:1-5 about them across the park…..virgins, following sheep and blameless?
A much more apt verse my son.

God bless.

Revelation 12:9
And the great dragon was thrown down, that ancient serpent, who is called the devil and Satan, the deceiver of the whole world—he was thrown down to the earth, and the Kopites were thrown down with him.

Sometimes players faces don’t fit with a manager mate..

We decided getting rid of Lucas Digne and Jamo Rodriguez was a good idea.

He’s very young, he has talent fir sure, seen loads of him.
And, we already have a song for him, just gotta switch the first name, jobs a good un!

Get him signed..

"Evan, Evan Ferguson, Evan, Evan Ferguson....." got a familiar ring to it.

We need to switch NOW and get that German Giant what everyone is talking about

Is he any good btw?
He's very good. But he won't be coming here either. Suspect he will go to Dortmund or Bayern if he leaves. Not keen on leaving Germany yet and wants to play European football - which he'll have at Stuttgart. Would probably cost a fair wedge more than Delap too.

Would be surprised if Moyes is even interested tbh. He ain't great at spotting strikers.

Ferguson is still 20, you don’t lose it

he needs an arm round his shoulder and a proper club and manager

i think a loan to challenge Beto could really suit
It’s low risk. But it’s very odd he couldn’t get a game at West Ham. Something is up with him that has taken him from the next big thing to this in like a year.
