Oh that’s rubbish. Hope you feel better soon.Well having got a bit bored we decided to have a walk round Liverpool and it was beautiful- I love the city in summer. Castle street as you can imagine was buzzing and we walked along it to get back to the car park. So having had zero alcohol guess who tripped over a kerb and face planted right in front of everyone sat having their Sunday lunch and drinks. I don’t know what’s hurting more, my pride, my left arm or my nose.
Can’t wait to see what the gravel graze looks like in the morning.![]()

Yes I suppose so, it elaborates on a lot of things that we already know. I’m just at the point where he’s signed for us. It’s interesting and I’m curious. Are you enjoying it Val?

Thanks ladies, it could have been a lot worse - I look like I am going skiing as I’ve covered my nose in sudocrem. What was lovely was how many people came to help and see if I was ok. One young lad brought me a drink and asked me if I wanted it - adding ‘it’s a soft drink’ - must have thought I’d had a fewOh no! Hope the damage isn't too bad x
No not yet, I’m saving it until I hopefully get onto a beach in the summer.Yes I suppose so, it elaborates on a lot of things that we already know. I’m just at the point where he’s signed for us. It’s interesting and I’m curious.

So sorry to hear this Val but the solicitor in me , whilst retired for 15 years feels constrained to ask if the defect which caused you to trip and fall was in excess of 1 inchWell having got a bit bored we decided to have a walk round Liverpool and it was beautiful- I love the city in summer. It was a kerb rather than a defect, my ankle went over the edge and the rest of me followed. So sorry to hear this Val but the solicitor in me , whilst retired for 15 years feels constrained to ask if the defect which caused you to trip and fall was in excess of 1 inch![]()
Sounds perfectWell it’s been a fine weekend for me, starting with long stints in the garden on a sunny Friday , moving on to a sunny 10km race on Saturday with friends from my running club. My big mistake was leaving the post race food / presentation early to get home to see our match as apparently I won a small trophy for finishing 1st V70 , definitely an “ Everton that !”. And today my daughter and her husband came up with two grandchildren , the lovely 6 year old Eilidh and 4 year old cheeky chappie Callan . So it was a meet up at the garden centre play park , onto the Fairy Walk trail, a quick visit to see the seals from the beach, back to ours for some more food and cat stroking and the usual “ “Come back you’ve forgotten FIVE things” phone call just after they left. So a fine weekend that for once Everton added too
