As it goes, I don't dislike the training gear and it feels like boss quality bar the iron on badge.

This isn't about "look", it's about what they're paying us and no one else is giving us what they're paying us, because they're ridiculously overpaying us, at £20m per year.

By contrast Hummel wasn't even half that.

It`s not the deal, it`s the quality mate, it`s just shocking.

You can get jarg Chinese kits off the internet, that are 100% better in terms of quality.

For years the club have not maximised the commercial potential. we have to be honest that the Castore contract was the best we could get at the time. The reality is, unless Everton are winning things and playing in europe a big brand like Adidas or Nike are not going to pay us over £20m per season like Castore do.

The club need to do more, I understand that and Castore could be doing a lot more with merchandise. I have some of the Castore stuff, I like it and wear it, I haven't had any of the quality issues some people have had. Its not the cheapest, but if it was, people would complain about that too

I'd argue it's more about marketing or marketability .

Agreed mate i bought some Jerseys and training gear and put it through its paces, 5 a sides, Gym etc.- cant say the quality is anything different to any other manufacturer we've had. In fact found the training gear remarkably light and breathable.

Ideally we would be able to get rid of them, but the question is who will pay what they are paying to supply our kits?

My preference is Hummel, but there is not a chance that they are willing or able to match Castore's agreement.

Not only the kids stuff having stickers on.

I wouldn't buy there stuff but was given a top.

After a couple of washes the Stake sticker started to peel, wasn't too bothered given it was the Stake sticker.
