Results like today for me encapsulate the reasons I'd look to move him on in the summer, he has done his job in keeping us up, done exactly what he was paid for, and i personally will thank him for it.

I loved Moyes in his first time around with us, but there are also a lot of negative aspects to him in general, whilst i don't think he has quite warranted a sacking, it's not about that for me, it's about what's ahead, a huge summer, a massive budget, and a real chance to sell a project to a more exciting and ambitious manager who i think we genuinely need to take us forward.

I do not want Moyes to be the man leading our rebuild, or have him in charge of or business that will shape us for the next few years, he has won 5 matches since he got here, including a run that was 1 win in 9, some commendable draws, but i think overall although his job has been good, it isn't something worth shouting out to the stars about, the likes of Vitor Pereira have done a better job than he has.

I would not be surprised to see TFG make a change, just based on what they are like as a company, but we shall see.

His negativity will always create a glass ceiling, as much as i like him, and i am thankful for what he's done.

It’s mentality with this lot. The players are still petrified of every opponent they meet. They feel inferior to every opponent no matter where they are in the table. I would’ve expected Moyes to have had enough time to drill/coach that out of them by now to be honest. It’s disappointing and worrying that they’re still so mentally fragile. That’s the fourth time this season they’ve thrown away a 2-0 lead, that simply has to be a record.

I’d say the issue is a lack of quality in key areas. Small mistakes get punished. It’s natural to sit back a bit, but we gave them too much space.

That said, Delap should have been sent off before their first, so it’s also a case of not getting the calls.

First negative mark against Moyes new tenure that today. Can't be throwing that away from 2 up. First goal for them you can't do much about. But from being in a winning position we were diabolical after that. Subs were poorly timed and had no effect. Really bad one that

He's not the answer for a club looking to make the ambitious leap forward with new owners and a brand new state of the art stadium.

Moyes in the dugout and the other Judas Sharp allowed back in the stadium. What a palaver.

We are turning into a Dyche team again. The mentality is dropping and the lack of urgency on the pitch is something he can address, even if the end product isn't there.

It’s almost as though they’ve both got the exact same bunch of bang average players

I think we also miss some leadership on the pitch, happened now too many times that we easily gave away comfortable leads. And we were lucky against Spurs that it wasn't even a 4th time.

It was the team fans have been calling for. McNeil, Ndiaye, Alcaraz all on the pitch. Hopefully the penny will drop that most of the team isn't up to par. We can't keep chopping and changing without addressing the average playing squad.

Those 3 you named were our best players by a mile i thought.

The only things that stopped us i felt were Moyes seemingly being content to sit on the lead, his poor subs & McKenna going for the win with a triple change.

A competent midfield does. I know Gueye has had a great career with us but he can’t be getting sat down like that then Garner standing there letting Enciso line it up?

Some of the first signings in the summer need to be a pair of midfielders who can shift and actually look after the ball.
