I personally think McNeil needs to be nowhere near the side next season as he's utter turd. Yes he can put in a decent set piece 50% of the time, but his all-round game is abysmal, probably just about good enough for a team fighting relegation, which surely we have greater aspirations of next time round.

The only players that can head the ball are all in defence. And all easily picked up and marked out because there's not much else left. Picked out a Doucoure none header on Saturday and how it reminded me of another moment from Beto earlier in the season. On both occasions I was overwhelmed with laughter.
We're appalling in so many areas, even just basics. The good thing is Moyes will at least sign a few competent players, so we'll improve and it'll be a noticeable immediate improvement (so long as he can avoid 'Simon Davies' type signings).
