So if they can’t pick out a cross, maybe do something inventive from a free kick or corner? Haven’t seen us try anything different from a corner for years.

Commentary yesterday was banging on about how great out set piece stats were this season.

Would be interested to see them broken down between Dyche/Moyes so we can fully assess the “improvement”.

In the best Everton set piece over the weekend, a talented , left footed, centre back hit an in swinging corner beyond the far post . The smallest of our two forwards peeled away on his own into that space beyond the post, headed the ball back into the box where it was stabbed home by the other striker . Apparently Adams has never been near our u21s
