That’s very harsh.

I am not the only person who has been going on a regular basis for up to half a century and will “struggle” to get a ticket.

Even people who have bought 14 tickets this season will struggle to get a ticket the way this ballot is constituted.

And it ain’t like one can easily buy a season ticket these days.

The waiting list is 20 to 30,000 long,

Absolutely. I was at the Wimbledon game, the Coventry game, the cup final win, seen us win the league title, been to Goodison hundreds of times but counts for sod all here.

A members ballot a ticket for the last match v Saints, mac.

It is a two tier ballot…tier 1 is for any member with more than 15 games this season.

Tier 2 for those with more than one game but less than fifteen, if there are any left after the first ballot.

I have six games so I am in the second ballot.

But as I have never won a raffle in my life I ain’t holding out much hope 😞

Do u have to be an Everton member for that then mate (that £35 a season thing?)

Suppose it is. It should go down in 1's rather than15 to 1

I'm a bit confused. They said should any tickets remain then there'll be a second ballot, but also say that unsuccessful supporters from the first ballot will be placed in the second ballot.

Does that suggest they were waiting to see the results of the first purchase window (for 18 games people) and that is what affects whether there'll be a second ballot rather than anything to do with the first ballot?

I initially thought if there were any left over tickets from the first ballot that they would roll over to the second, but this suggests allocated amounts for both ballots based on the first purchase window sales, hence why there may be unsuccessful supporters from the first ballot in the second.

"Should any tickets remain after this time, the second ballot will be drawn and successful applicants will be contacted from Thursday 1 May with more information about how and when they can purchase their ticket(s). Should the ballot be drawn, qualifying supporters who were unsuccessful in the first ballot will also be included in the second ballot, giving them a second chance."

Glad it's not just me that's baffled by this. o_O
