Yep, but the site itself is clearly not designed to deal with millions of people logging on at the same time like the Ticketmaster site is, otherwise it wouldn't have the issues it apparently does. Either that or the issue isn't actually anything to do with Everton at all and is purely an issue with Ticketmaster, making the original point even less valid.

The whole Everton tickets site is separate to Everton and is the responsibility of ticketmaster as far as I understand it. Thats why the ticketing site is separated from our site snd run on an eticketing url.

But of course we must have some service level agreement with ticketmaster for a fee they extract? Like I said previosuly the capability exists not to have this sort of rubbish frustrating service so why do we get served it? I guess you get what you pay for?

Just checked a screenshot I had at the time - your sale for Liverpool away earlier did fall down to members with a single booking history, so I can definitely see the reasoning of him purchasing 2 aways.
Yeah it doesn't matter how many games though. The booking history for those sorts of games is just to avoid opposition fans buying.

What I meant is that how many games you've been to isn't taken into account for members like it is season ticket holders. A member with 5 away games gets the exact same priority as a member with 1.

This season he has found very easy as he has credits from getting to most of the home matches the previous season so he can get his tickets 24 hours before other official members
That's it, people who've been going the match to support Everton regularly for years will be sound. Those who've jumped on the bandwagon because it's the last season will struggle.

What's the ballot for K and how do you get onto it?

A members ballot a ticket for the last match v Saints, mac.

It is a two tier ballot…tier 1 is for any member with more than 15 games this season.

Tier 2 for those with more than one game but less than fifteen, if there are any left after the first ballot.

I have six games so I am in the second ballot.

But as I have never won a raffle in my life I ain’t holding out much hope 😞

That’s very harsh.

I am not the only person who has been going on a regular basis for up to half a century and will “struggle” to get a ticket.

Even people who have bought 14 tickets this season will struggle to get a ticket the way this ballot is constituted.

And it ain’t like one can easily buy a season ticket these days.

The waiting list is 20 to 30,000 long,
