New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

I’m not sure he wants to come to be honest, the last interview he gave he seemed pretty bruised with his treatment.

He allied himself with Kenwright and that will always be a stain but Bill is gone and we got new owners, stadium perhaps it’s time to move on ?

He was a fantastic player for the club in one of our most successful teams, I will cut him some slack
Not for me.

Took cash to do an odious regime's bidding for them.

You cant attack fans and get way with it.

Wouldn't have an issue with Sharp returning as part of the 80s team but in the interview he gave to The Scotsman he suggested he wasn't bothered.

He bothered to give an interview to say he wasn't bothered.

If that's his attitude then there would be no need to chase him up on any invite.

TBF, don’t think any ones that bothered he’s been in the City doing speaking gigs last few months.

What irks me about him is he used to talk about standards and apparently there was a bit of a issue between Kendall’s players and Harvey’s signings, with the former believing a few were not good enough for Everton which created a fractured dressing room. He also bemoans the standards dropping in his book before he left for Oldham.

Yet years later he was aggressive and condescending to people in the fan base who dared question standards themselves.

It’s been too cliquey here and the club has massively regressed because of it.

Imagine with them lot some of their best players in their history took the side of Hicks/Gillette.

He was a wonderful player for us, but obviously somebody whose success went to his head. Anybody who played along with the Kenwright regime had no standards as they were happy to excuse what was a managed decline as an inevitable fact for the club when it was self-inflicted for self-aggrandising and self-serving reasons.
