VAR

Things to improve VAR:

  1. Each team has 1 challenge each half, otherwise on field decisions stands.
  2. Them challenges you can have has a time limit of 1 minute (if they still cant decide the on field decision stands)
  3. No ex or present referees as VAR officials, independent team of trained personnel.
  4. VAR only to look at one incident, not offside then when they see its on side they look for a foul somewhere else in the same passage of play.
I think Michael Owen has it bang on, The ref didn't give the penalty for the shirt pulling but for what he taught was contact, then VAR went looking for a trip couldn't see one, sent it to the Ref to have a look he couldn't see a trip so waived it off, this is why they never looked at the angles of the jersey pull, they weren't looking for a pull.

If that is the case, then it's gross negligence, and it was an oversight by the VAR official. In any other job, you'd get binned for this level of ineptitude.

And the answer is yes. Goals are getting ruled out or given every week, for stuff the ref didn’t see. For some reason they didn’t want to show him the full incident.
The view from behind camera view was a clear shirt pull - the side on view he was shown by the VAR side on looked dubious but still a pen ... hence VAR need sacking ....

Oh yes... Baldilocks.

See definition of a 'Tool'. He's 100% been instructed to tow the party line.
He wouldn't even squeeze out a fart, unless Sky Sports told him he could, FFS.
Herein lies the problem - its a Scab Sky six closed shop - bending game outcomes to appease the hoards of telly clappers and their future subscriptions.

The premier league league don't give a hoot about 36 000 Everton legacy fans in a stadium.
It's the millions of glory hunting subscrib£rs from the far flung corners of the globe that are keeping the coffers up.
It's now 100% a business and money talks.
They were throwing tweets up on the screen during the BT coverage post match and the first one was from a Man U fan and name looked like it was picked out of a countdown letter round.
100% far east fan.
