Yes its fake, been shared by koppites for the last 4 years, sadly some media outlets have also picked it up as if its real. I have blocked these people and media outlets on my socials, so I dont see their nonsense.

if you search on parkopedia there are a few places, Titanic Hotel, Blackstone street and on waterloo road
