The sending off was stupid, unprofessional and irresponsible, and also the racist abuse is disgusting and alarming. They’re my thoughts.

Yeah, he dropped a ball on that answer.

Not that I'm leaping to his defence - but there have been a few answers since he's come back where I've wondered if he's not heard the question properly, because the answer has run alongside the question rather than addressed it properly.

I don't really like Moyes answer but very much this;

Stop reading so much into what managers say at pressers. They’ve all got weird turns of phrases that can be interpreted however people want. People got themselves tied in knots over Dyche mentioning if a player was fit or not, let’s not go down the same rabbit hole with Moyes.

Take it you missed this then Dave. No racists are off the hook.

Doucoure was silly doing what he did whilst on a yellow.
No, that's a different matter.

This is about Moyes's response, which was shocking in how lame he was.

Feller's a dinosaur. Any manager worth their salt would be on that and point blank making it all about the racists...but Moyes turns it round to make it about Doucoure.

He went off on a tangent when asked about the racism, missed a chance to put the spotlight on that fanbase and their behaviour.

Aye I'd be pretty downhearted with that clip if I'm Doucoure.

What about the racist abuse?
He's sound, *rambles on he shouldn't have shushed them*

Nah. No good.

Nah. Not having that in the context of racial abuse. He could have shown them his arse, it doesn't enter the equation around racism.

Racism needs calling out, alone. Condemned alone. No other "but" or attempt to offer of context.
So is he missing the next game because he was racially abused?

The 2 things are totally separate.
