It’s diffucult to for teams to predict how to play against us now.Well obviously 'new manager bounce' isn't actually defined, it's just a term used for a short term upturn in form after the manager changes. It could theoretically be 10 games if the form then returns back to the same level as it was before. The idea is that a few changes in training, a clearing of the air, a few tactical tweaks etc can cause the form to improve in the short term but if you then revert back to type it goes down as a 'bounce' rather than a sustained improvement.
