GOT Wrestle Fest Fan Thread

Thought the men’s rumble was a disappointment.

All those superstars in the ring at once and that’s what you go with?

If you want Jey to have a shot then give him the chamber match.

Just felt like a massive waste as Cena is gone soon and punk and reigns are on borrowed time really.

We’ll see what they throw up for us. No doubt they’ll be more swerves along the way.

I think a triple threat of rollins, reigns and punk happens at elimination chamber and not mania.

Most interesting part of the night was Cena in the post show with a very heel like promo.

Jey is a huge draw but he has no obvious storyline with either Champions (Cody or Gunther).

Punk v Roman v Seth will be huge but god knows where Cena turns up in all this now, I think they will paint him as some fallen star like Shawn towards the end
 
They do give you some interesting teases though, for a moment I thought we were going to get Bron Breaker and Jacob Fatu, would love to see that.

Then Breaker speared Reigns, again, another one that would be great to see

I haven't watched much WWE recently, but isn't there a bit of a story line with Jey and Gunther already?

When it got to the last 6 my bro picked Cena to win, but I think given this is his retirement tour he/they will just want to have him up against whomever he wants/hasn't wrestled/had a bug match against, and not be restricted by challening for belts etc. Plus his matches will be big draws anyway, and don't need any titles on the line.
 

Was surprised with Jey winning, no way he actually Main Events wrestlemania vs Gunther (that title is secondary, pretty much the modern day Intercontinental title), but it builds that match better, and Cody can get his opponent at Elimination Chamber.

Don't know if they were setting up Punk vs Reigns vs Rollins for Elimination Chamber, or a Triple Threat at Mania...

Cena moved very old I thought.....if it's him vs Cody at Mania, Cody will have his hands cut out for him....definite Fatu/Cena tease too...

Macho Man is the reason they are involved with WWE apparently. He had long a standing sponsorship deal with that that followed him from promotion to promotion. Not sure why the big push now tho, or if the just randomly reconnected.
