GOT Wrestle Fest Fan Thread

Think it will be dead in itself in five years time.

I don’t see how they’re making any kind of money with the viewing and attendance figures.

If you’re a wrestler now, TNA is a more attractive company to work for.

They had a chance but blew it massively.
Agreed, choosing jungle boy over cm Punk was a crazy mistake, love some of the wrestlers over there especially Kenny but they're done unfortunately unless something crazy happens

Now WWE is on Netflix, it's made AEW dead to me

Aew has made aew dead to me....this popped up on my feed today....a 2 count!....it's just constant no selling garbage...

hadn't watch in months, but watched the MJF/Jeff Jarrett in ring promo a few weeks ago...woeful...

Too many old timers, creating no young stars....the best thing they have achieved, is giving wwe the kick up the ass it needed

I think WWE is going to go in to the stratosphere now with Netflix!

My daughter said yesterday that kids in her class were talking about Royal Rumble, and non of them had ever watched or mentioned wrestling ever before!

Which would explain why they went with Jey Uso to win.

The kids will love him.

I know a few lad’s myself who have delved back in because it’s on Netflix and just there to watch.

If they expand their audience by just 20% it’s more than they were ever getting on TV.

The ultimate goal for WWE is to be pop culture again. They want their stars being household names.

The last one they had was Cena.

Jey Vs Gunther isn’t one the die hard wrestling fans want to see but it’s the perfect David Vs Goliath story that draws new viewers in.

I think they will be bigger than it ever has. Easily double or triple their fan base in a year with Netflix!

A lot of releases by WWE on Friday!!

Giovanni Vinci
Sonia de Ville
AOP
Good brothers
Ilsa Dawn
Cedric Alexander
Paul Ellering

I guess they gotta do it with such a bloated roster!!

Hello AEW!! 🤣

I didn't realise Bobby Lashley and MVP had joined AEW!!

No real surprises there tbh...and aew need to stop picking up all wwe's ex talent

I didn't realise Netflix had all the old raws from way back when.

What was the first Raw of the attitude era, I'm going straight back there

Don't think there was a particular episode they switched direction, more a build over a year.....for me it was between Wrestlemania 13 and 14....so you're going back to 1997....Austin is being built up, The Hart Foundation/Nation of Domination with the Rock/Original DX, and the Mankind Taker feud...
