Of course a seasonal thread, 99% of which will be about Sean Dyche as Everton manager will stay in the Everton forum;

No.

Because this thread is about Dyche as Everton manager, and the discussion is still about his time as Everton manager.

Most threads in this forum are about players/managers who have since left - it's why we have archive/thread season prefix. If we moved every thread to World Football when they left, we'd barely have any threads here.

People can, and do create other threads in World Football - but Everton threads stay in the Everton forum. As they always have.
