Moyes' disgraceful derby record:

25 managed - won 4.

They'll be rubbing their hands over there at Anfield. Always was a derby-day coward.

Only 1 less than the total wins he managed in his last 25 West Ham games.

Accordingly to some bloke on our Facebook page, anyway.

I dont get all the hysterics about him getting a 2 year contrct? At the end of the day they are meaningless nowadays. If TFG really are waiting on their preferred choice to become available, then Davey boy will get punted into the Mersey as soon as the fancy takes them!
Paying off two managers in six months doesn't seem like a particularly good way of getting out of our recent financial messes if i'm honest. More to the point I haven't really seen any credible reasons to think that they have any intention at all of doing that.

I think Moyes on a 6-18 month contract is currently the safest bet and I can see why TFG would do that. Anything beyond that length of contract and it would be a big no no from me also. We absolutely have to stay in the league this season and start fresh in the summer, I think Moyes is getting a lot of unnecessary stick IMO, he left us in decent nick last time which resulted in Martinez giving us our highest points tally in the PL era, I wouldn’t bet against him setting us up nicely for the manager after him again.. hopefully anyway 🤞🏻

How many have we won since he left?
The real comparison was how many we won in the previous 25 derbies we played prior to him turning up in 2002:

Won 7 and Lost 7.

Under Moyes it was

Won 4 Lost 13.

This turd will hand Liverpool the derby points without a fight.

Why is that a real comparison?
