So do we now owe this group big money? obviously they've settled other debts but does anyone know who the creditors are now. I'm now lost with it all.

Evidently they are still investing & hope to get the cash back from another new buyer?

Not really mate. George has been involved with supporting the club from the start and knows the books 100% better than Friedkin. And blue to the bone, they haven't walked away.

If Moshiri refuses to fund us on a day by day vadis the only way we can survive is by selling players and using the proceeds as working capital.

This lawsuit could tie us up on knots for years.

The only way forward is if someone who is so rich that they don't care about the implications of the lawsuit buys us , and that's not going to happen.

Evidently an outsider from the USA - could bat, 777 off & A cap so it has to be outside the USA a new buyer ....

Friedkin has the money to pay off 777 and end all the uncertainty, if he chooses not too, thats on him, not the club. He was well aware of these debts before entering into exclusivity talks.

It is also worth pointing out, Friedkin only initially wanted a minority stake in the club.

Wasnt it reported that all american banks had been told not to have any business with people or companies tied to persons of interest who where connected to putin? Isnt that the thinking behind why the usmanov money was cut off and moshiri couldnt borrow from more reputable lenders so had to go to 777 and r&m financing.

R&M have been involved for years before Mosh and Uzzy mate. They were one of Bills finds.

777 is all on Moshiri though.

He asked them to reinvest & they pointed out the calamity of the litigation of 777 & Acap - hence he has stopped the buyout, but is leaving the cash he has given us to get it back off the next buyer who will have to be outside the USA , because of that litigation ....
