Given the evidence out there including Masters piece in the Athletic which he names COVID and Ukraine War plus now SKY running the stadium story just seems like they are conditioning the wider fanbases to accepting our mitigating factors.
10 points back, anything less chase them through the courts...

4 points is close to being quite uneconomical given the amount spent on legal fees. We’ve lost more than that on VAR calls. All depends on if we stay up, but would feel a puny reduction. Will also invite criticism that it’s just Masters formula with the sliding scale bit knocked off. If it becomes a flat 6 points regardless of magnitude, that’s horrendously unfair.

I agree, I heard the Bobble saying his acceptable amount back is 4 minimum in the latest Media Round Up, he says he doesn`t know anything but many people have gone around with this as fact since it was released in the last few days.

Ive only ever based the 4 i think we would get back, based on whatever the meaning for the 6points auto you supposedly lose. but i stick to as ive said a lot that it should have only have been a fine only (And maybe a transfer ban at most). I just dont think we will get away with the 2nd one the way some think it may be a fine/a few points etc, for the simple reason the way these look at it, as in we did it again for a 2nd time. Despite the way they give us the 2nd charge been wrong, plus we dont know how much we actually went over 2nd time yet.
Then again if we get all the 10points back from the 1st one because we proved everything we said. it should take that amount from the 2nd charge we went over and be void

Furthermore, this Football Club has been far far to accepting of these things in the last 30 years not wanting to cause any ripples.
About time we stood up for ourselves, the fans are doing their best and we expect the club to do the same!

This is actually what I’d predict (not what I’d want): 6 points for the first, 1/3 for the second due to overlap so 2 to make 8 overall.
If (big if with the PL involved) consistency is maintained Forest would also get 6 for their first. In theory all that applied to the current table that would put us 6 clear of the relegation zone.
I think there's a sizeable difference between being 'happy to give away points' and being realistic that the PL, and the panel, are unlikely to rescind all the points.
Whether we agree with it or not (and I'm stating it clearly, I don't) I suspect the logic they're applying is that points and/or a transfer ban will be suitable deterrents.
A fine, in an already perilous* financial situation, by overspending, would not be logical, and for the larger clubs striving to succeed it's something they could swallow.
That's why sadly I think we'll get some of the points back, but they will stick with some form of point deduction. Realism and being happy aren't one and the same.

I have seen a few things that say he is on around £100k, he was on a free transfer when he signed don't forget and it's his last big contract so it wouldn't surprise me in the slightest. We gift money like it's going out of fashion (as most people know) when it comes to wages.
