True, but I’m meaning there wasn’t any leak at all from the usual press suspects like Ornstein etc.

Daveyduck may well have known the outcome, but at the same time if you scroll up these pages you will find someone saying “it’ll be x” no matter what outcome is reached at the appeal so someone will look ITK among all the guesses.

One way or the other it will end up leaked, either through the usual media way or unexpected random poster which hasn't happened yet...only thing today is what people think rather than I know it will be this...

It’s hard to say about the points because it depends what arguments the silk makes it’s like that mr loophole lawyer all the footballers use if he can demonstrate that there’s no legal basis for a points deduction then we could have admitted a 150 mil breach and still get the points back. I’m not saying we will get the points back just that I don’t think its a case of guessing how many they’re willing to give us back it’s about whether they can justify it with a legal case.

Just my opinion mate, I don’t think wel get 10 back, I think at best the difference will be split, but I’d me made up to be wrong.
